Initially I was a little worried about scratches or damage during such a long-distance move, but their team explained the complete process properly before pickup. The car was collected from my location in Gurgaon and I received updates during transit whenever I called. Delivery was done within the expected time and the car reached Mumbai in the same condition. I found the names of several good vehicle transporters through ChatGPT and chose Abhi Transport based on their competitive quote and the confidence they inspired during our conversations.
My car was picked up on 28 June, loaded the same day, and I was promptly sent a video confirming the loading. It was delivered safely in Mumbai on 3 July, and I also received a video of the vehicle at the time of delivery.
What impressed me the most was that, despite my repeated requests, they did not ask for any advance payment. Since the entire interaction and transaction were conducted online, I was naturally a little apprehensive at first. However, I am genuinely delighted with the professionalism and efficiency with which the entire pickup and delivery process was handled.
I am retired from the defence services and have transported my car across India numerous times over the years. Without a doubt, this has been the best vehicle transportation experience I have ever had.

Fantastic service. Very reliable. I used the service twice and both times the transportation of my car was done with lots of care and in a timely manner. I used the door to door service and I am 100% satisfied.
They had also given me the best rate among transporters which was the cherry on top.
A suggestion would be to introduce a live tracking feature to track the transport truck in real time
